Led high school robotics team of 30 students as Team Captain, focusing on leadership development and training new team members. Fostered a culture of openness and learning, resulting in significant team success in the FIRST Robotics Competition, achieving the second most successful year.

Team Programing Lead

Spearheaded the programming division for three years, training numerous programmers to code efficiently for robot functionalities. Engineered a fast and efficient codebase, contributing to the team's highest-performing year with a playoff appearance in the Utah regional. Consistently secured the highest amount of fundraising contributions, playing a key role in annual fundraising efforts ranging from $10,000 to $15,000.
